After watching the two videos containing actual classroom footage, it makes think back to when I was an instructor and teaching my students, it makes me reflect. I will say the two videos had in my opinion two distinct teaching styles. I thought in the first video that the instructor was rougher around the edges especially when it came to soliciting the class for answers, I thought he made the class tenser. Whereas the second video he was more accommodating and made the class more at ease. I think this can really be observed in the 2nd video when he had them do in-class projects.
