This unit covered the classroom management techniques, the points that is been covered in this unit is using your eyes when you want to encourage students, also when you are using your voice you should make it simple and clear. Another interesting thing that is been taught by this unit is different seating arrangements that you can use through out your class.
I have personally benefited this unit the ways that you can handle the discipline problems which i was really lacking.
