Unit 7 taught me what plays a role when I need to teach new vocabulary, grammatical structures, and language functions. I feel that this unit really gave me some new information. I personal never thought there would be reasons why a certain word, structure, or function would be taught. This unit truly gave me some new points to think about when planning my next lessons. The points that I will be focusing on more include: The meaning something has for the students, the form and patterns of a grammar structure, and the interaction that the learners will have with a specific word.
