In English language there are many tenses and structures that can be used to express future meanings. That is why learning future tenses can become challenging for students of different ages and levels. Therefore many efforts should be invested into giving as clear understanding of future tenses as possible. Future tenses, just as present and past tenses, require teaching forms and usages. Along with the basic future tenses (such as future simple, future continuous, future perfect and future perfect continuous) teachers should elicit other tenses and structures with future applications - present simple, present continuous and be going to+infinitive as they are also very commonly used. Moreover, teachers should be ready to deal with the common mistakes and errors that might occur and help students correct them.
