Creating a lesson plan seems like a crucial part in giving an effective lesson. I am a very organized person so this makes sense to me and I don't think I could work without one. Being flexible with the time management seems important as a beginner teacher due to the fact that I will be learning with the students so therefore may not be able to effectively judge time tables at first. I have much to learn.
