In this unit, I learn the two roles that exist in ELL teaching. I realized that a good teacher has good personal character and the mind which always cares learner's progress individually. A good learner always asks questions, has high motivation to learn, and is willing to participate in class discussion. As a teacher, we need to know how to take care of students' initiative to learn and know the way to motivate them to make learning engaging.
