I have learnt about the various parts of speech, the roles they play in sentence structuring and how to identify each. As well as various rules that apply to each, that can help me to distinguish between them (For example: comparative and superlative adjectives each have rules that form basic patterns, depending on the adjective in question). I have learnt more from this parts of speech unit, than in high school English, as this unit goes much more into depth and is more specific than the parts of speech English I was thought, some years ago.
