Vocabulary , grammar and functions are a foundation of the English language. This is not only very important for English but vocabulary and grammar are important for other languages as well. When teaching English, new vocabulary is always learnt and it is important to be exposed to it , understand it’s meaning and understand how it’s constructed. So that the vocabulary can be practiced and produced right. I have learnt that language functions has areas such as inviting , refusing , agreeing ,disagreeing and suggesting.
