In this unit I have learnt about the five main conditionals (zero, first, second, third, and mixed), their form and usage as well as different ideas to put them into practice in the classroom. I have also learnt about reported speech and direct speech which are reporting what someone has said or asked with changes in tense (backshifting) and time expressions. Teaching ideas on this topic are also included.
