Unit 10 showed me two video classes that were very instructive and useful for me.
Both the first and second video allowed me to see real situations occurring in real-time that employed two different ways of classroom management.
In these classes I have evaluated some elements such as teacher’s behavior in the classroom, using the voice in the management of teaching, giving instruction and the interaction between students and teachers.
The first video exposed some mistakes like the fact that the teacher didn't have good class management skills. The second video instead showed a very effective class where the teacher used a successful "Straight Arrows ESA" lesson plan to manage the lesson. I particularly liked how the teacher was aware of what the students were doing during the class.
