Just as a previous unit covered the definitions, forms, and usages for present tenses, the same system and structures are given for past tenses in this unit. Past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous tenses are all covered. Though the forms are helpful illustrations of tenses in sentence structure, the usage examples helped me to truly understand and retain how these structures are used.
