The relationship between teachers and learners is very important and complex. Good teachers will most likely have good students. To be a good teacher, you will need to know many things. For example, if a teacher tells students direct answers, students lose the chance to think about answers by themselves. Usually learners get more when they think by themselves. If learners get in the habit of relying on teachers, students may get used to asking the teacher for answers instead of trying to figure it out. In this unit, I learnt many things that I should pay attention to when I guide students.
