While doing this unit, I was able to reflect on the things that I should and should not be doing as a Native English Teacher. My knowledge as well were refreshed and now more ready to manage the class appropriately. I gained more information on how to be an effective teacher and how I can understand my students more. Being a teacher does not only mean, u master what you teach but also you have to know by heart your roles as a teacher.
A teacher and learners who have the qualities of good communications, respect in classroom, and teachers who show interest in teaching and learning as well from a student will establish a positive relationship in the classroom.
How to be a great teacher.. You really have to love what you are doing, give your whole heart and mind and you should really love teaching. :)
