By learning this unit , i have learnt a lot of skills of organizing and managing the classroom.Not only by using language ,we can also use eye contact gesture and the voice.Except these ,also we can divide students into different groups to make students perform well in the classroom. Also classroom arrangement,writing on the board,giving idividual attention,giving instruction establishing rapports,maintaining discipline are very crucial.
