For me it was helpful to review the details of the different parts of speech. Some of them I have never learned before. For example, I didn't know that countable and uncountable nouns existed but they make sense as explained. I also had never heard of transitive and intransitive verbs. There were a few things I've been teaching that will be helpful in explaining them. For example the articles with definite and indefinite nouns.
