I learned the importance of being flexible as a teacher. Knowing when to engage the stupids and when to let them engage with eachother as well as how to interact with the students using eye contact, knowing there names and using gestures etc...
The content dealt with how to deal with classroom, how to arrange seating, how to interact with the students both individually and collectively and how to build rapport and increase the confidence of the students I'm teaching.
