In this unit,I have learned something about classroom management, for example how to use eye contact/gesture/voice and something about grouping students, classroom arrangement, writing on the board, giving individual attention, something about TTT/STT,how to give instrctions, establish rapport and maintain discipline.
Getting to know advantages of TTT is the most important to me. Suitable exposure is necessary for the students but teachers need to try their best to motivate students to speak. About how to reduce TTT,just keed in mind: arrange suitable class activities for the students and keep your language simple. That is what I learned from this unit. Thank you!
