This lesson helped me to clearly see how important is a good teaches’s attitude for the students to be motivated and be willing to learn and participate. The first video clearly exposed the problems that a bad organización of the material and the lack of a good lesson plan could have on the entire class. Also the importance of being clear when giving instructions. In the second video a simple gesture like smiling creates a nice and calm environment among the students and the teacher.
Since the teacher had the lesson planned and organized in the second video students were more motivated to participate and retain the information more effectively.
