As a teacher I learned that it is important to notice students’ weaknesses, their culture, their expectations and limitations. I learned that a good teacher should be a great listener and a leader. Students will look up to me to achieve their best and being so my role as a teacher is to be able to assess, control, participate and keep my students engaged and motivated at all times, I should be caring , entertaining and patient, with adult and young learners, because each one of them would start learning a new language and each one of them would expect in a way to succeed. As a teacher I should analyze each one of my students needs to be able to guide them and support them during the process, aiding them to score their best.
