I learned how to use the different tenses and how to explain them to my students in an easy way. I also learned the most common mistakes students make when trying to learn tenses. I find it a very fun way to teach students this content with games, such as by mimic of their daily routines or playing the telephone with simple sentences and paying close attention to how they are making the different sentences. This last game, helps correct their tenses and preposition placing.
