As an assistant English teacher in Japan, I though that I was a pretty disorganized teacher for not having structured lesson plans such as the ones shown in this lesson. But after reading this, I learned that even when I make my little notes or put worksheets in order, I am sort of planning. I would like to work on creating more properly structured lessons as they can help the students more than they would help.
