In my opinion, as a teahcer, knowing the reasons why the students are eager to attend the English classes is really important in English teaching. Some students may just have interest in language learnings or consider about their job careers, some others want to travel abroad and also some learners need to communicate with their partners or colleagues.Knowing their motivation to study English, the teachers are able to design an individual teaching plan or prepare individual class activites. Also it is useful to guide or motivite the students in the later stage if there are problems in the process of the students' English studying.
