In this Unit, i learned about the four basic skills in any language. Non of the skills are more important than the others as they all have different roles they play and are important in the ways they are being used. I also realized that there are different reasons why people read, some read to get entertained, some to get instructions while others read just to stay informed. I also, learned that reading doesn't only require our eyes and ears but our memories as well. The memory helps us to retain what we have read in case we need the information later.
