This unit was a brief unit but covered the advantages of using course books and some reasoning on why they can be disadvantageous. Course books can provide a clear and tested manner to teach students but at the same time, the teacher should be aware that the book might not target the specific needs of the class. The unit also gave some ideas on different created materials that can be used to help supplement a lesson.
