Most of this unit seemed like common sense to me. I think the examples about how to plan speaking and writing lessons to maximize their effectiveness provide a useful model to think about, though. I found the statement about punctuation being largely a factor of personal style to be an interesting one. I guess it makes sense, though. If I draw from my own experience, I don't care to use semicolons, so I usually write around them. I already knew most of the games listed and many others that we use frequently in Japan.
