Unit 6 is comprised of two videos depicting "ESA" lessons being taught to a group of students. In the first video the teacher makes frequent teaching mistakes and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for the students. The teacher does not do well in explaining the lesson material which causes confusion and moves through it quickly, limiting comprehension. However in the second video the teacher immediately creates a friendly atmosphere by introducing himself and greeting the students individually. Additionally, the teacher in the second video seems more experienced and prepared having board work written down prior to the start of class and continues through the lesson efficiently while conforming the students are following along. While the second demonstration certainly seemed for effective there is always room for improvement.
