After learning the ESA teaching methods?I felt that learning how to managing classes is also a key point for teaching qualities.A good lesson not only based on a good ESA preparations,but also including an effective class management. The way to managing classroom requires many terms,such as giving instructions,controlled practice,estabilishing rapport,maintaining discipline?etc.These terms are easy to learn for the methods,but really need to practice in the real way.Learning this unit gives me a clarified method and I will work hard to enhance these into a practical teaching life.
