The two videos have helped me understand how to teach effectively. One main point being that the attitude that the teacher comes into class with will have a profound effect on the success of the lesson. You can clearly see the differences by comparing the two. Also by using an ESA lesson plan structure, allows for a very organised, yet fun and engaging lesson that students can enjoy while learning at the same time. I can take these points and implement them into my own teaching.
