In unit 15 Evaluation and testing we learned about the multiple types of tests that can be used to evaluate students. During my education I was oblivious to the fact that there are multiple types of tests that have different purposes, but thinking back on it now I did receive all of the aforementioned tests. I have never believed much in standardized testing as it seems to make people memorize what they need for the test only to forget it later however after reading this unit I understand there is more to testing than just judging a students competency.
