I actually felt bad for the first group of students. The teacher made so many blatant mistakes in the first lesson that it was difficult to watch. The students were clearly having difficulty and he wasn't doing anything effectively. Even I had difficulty understanding much of what he was saying. It was nice to see the rapport that was established at the beginning and how that played into the relationships and class performance in the second lesson. I don't think I've ever done anything quite so bad, but it certainly helps to be aware of the mistakes that can be made.
