The most important feature for a teacher, in my opinion, is enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject, as well as a great desire to share this knowledge with students. Thus, the teacher will always motivate his students by showing interesting aspects of the English language, encourage curiosity and try to help with all their strength. All students are different and all need to find an approach and not deprive anyone of attention. The more interesting the lesson is, the more knowledge students of any age and level of language will learn.
