Unit twenty covers the topic of troubleshooting, this unit shows us the different difficulties we may encounter during our classes, depending on the level of English of the students, the size of it as well or even problems students might have related to a specific skill like listening for example. It is always important to know how to deal with problems we can encounter during a lesson. what I found very useful is the different activities we are presented with when we are teaching a first lesson, considering that first we have to create certain level of trust between us and the students.
