Informative review of the various testing methods, their purposes, practices and the audiences they are intended for. Interesting information regarding the Cambridge certificates, their variety and uses for a varied population of learners. There is very little information about young learners, however, which is surprising, since most of the teaching population in Asian and Eastern European countries is primarily elementary, secondary and high school learners; at least according to the reviews of college grads who go overseas from America to teach English. Perhaps this section should include a bit more about specific tests, if any, for young learners .
