Classroom Management
I have really enjoyed this unit in terms that provides very effective tools to organize and manage the class in a relaxed way and maintaining discipline and therefore of a great value as a teacher. I have confirmed some of the behaviors that I naturally do in the class and I have learnt others e.g. a more effective way of using students’ names, the possibilities that offers the correct use of the voice, the pros and cons of the group work that is not always the best alternative to use and the importance to combine with other activities, I have also found of a great importance the teacher talking time and the student talking time along with giving instruction in an effective way.
In conclusion, an extremely important unit of a great importance for us acting as teachers to instruct our students.
