This module talks about receptive skills which are reading and listening. These skills are equally important and should be taught carefully to maximize student learning. There are different ways to read and listen and we should use them depending on individual expertise. I believe that if a teacher is aware and is sensitive to the needs of his/her learners, then it will be easier to teach receptive skills which will then ensure productivity and positive results.
