During the video lessons I learned the differences between an effective an ineffective lesson. The lessons attitude and success hung on the shoulders of the teachers positive or negative way he conducted the classroom. In the first lesson the teacher was very mean to his students and said things like "no" and "well at least someone got it". He was also confusing to follow. It is very important as a teacher to be happy, smile and give encouragement so that the students want to participate and ultimately learn better.
