These two videos were very helpful in seeing how and how not to teach a class. In the first video the teacher was very abrupt, unhelpful, and didn't try to build any kind of rapport with the students. The students were visibly uncomfortable and intimidated to answer any of his questions. In the second video the teacher started off the class with so much good energy. He asked all the kids their names individually, which got them engaged and comfortable off the back. The entire class he was helpful, smiling, and keeping the students involved while also making sure they were comfortable.
