This unit was informative in that it provided the basic guidelines for both teachers and students. It established easy-to-understand roles and qualities found in a good teacher. I've learned how being a teacher is a big responsibility in that you have a variety of areas to perform and manage well. A good teacher has to be a good model, motivate their students, assess students' learning levels, be able to tutor accordingly, and help facilitate work and the material. Simply, a good teacher is recognized by their good students learning well.
