This unit is an introduction to grammar that explains the parts of speech which are:
Nouns, adjectives, articles, verbs, adverbs, gerunds, pronouns, preposition/ conjunctions.
What I learned from this unit is to identify the parts of speech, and how important it is to recognize and understand how and when to use them, each of these parts have other sub-parts that are key to have a more thorough understanding of grammar.
I agree that a teacher doesn't need to know it all, but should know the rules of grammar in order to teach others the language.
Thanks to the content of this unit I found that grammar is a fascinating subject!
