Class management has long been an important ingredient of successful teaching; because proper exertion of principles establishes teacher’s authority and provides an ambience convenient for learning. Classroom arrangement is another factor which facilitates teaching and learning. I find “teacher talking & student talking time” the most interesting part of this unit. I think correct management and arrangement of classes and teaching can create and strengthen friendship between students.
