Being a good teacher not simply involves being a great personality, such as being kind, patient, love their job, but also having good relationship with his students, have a good knowledge of the subject, being motivator. Being able to manage teacher's roles at the right time is also part of the good teacher quality. Students of the class cant be people of different age, different cultural background, having different level of language knowledge, having different language experience. Teacher, however, should be able to spot all these kinds and being able to give all of them proper encouragement to be motivated, knowing why did they come to learn English. Students can also have a different level of English level. It is a teacher's task to make sure that classes for all these different type of students is interesting, enjoyable and useful.
