In the previous classes I learnt what to teach, and how to teach. And this unit gave me explanation about whom to teach. Students can vary because of their age, level and purposes. As I understand a good teacher is not only the one, who know the language well, and what to teach, but also who can approach to their students as a psychologist, or a friend, who knows their weaknesses, strength, how to make them motivated, interested, and how to fix their weaknesses, improve their levels.
