This unit was informative in explaining the two productive skills and how to effectively teach them. The two skills are speaking in writing. Both have their own unique challenges and difficulties. Some students might not feel motivated or confident to speak. Also some students may develop poor writing skills that will hurt their understanding. It is my duty to find a solution and help my students in these areas. I've also learned about the differences between accuracy and fluency. Accuracy is more focused on the "correct" way while fluency is more concerned about communication in general. Games are a fun way to practice, experiment, and activate what the students have learned.
