Managin classes presents the biggest challenge for myself, althought it is interesting and pretty much feels organic in paper I know it will take time for me to embrace all of this methods, I can tell out of my lack of experience teaching and because of how long it took me to complete this test. Basic information like when directing a question it is counter productive to say the name of the student before asking the question is something that caught me off guard. Unit t3 along with this one is what I need to study the most.
