I have learnt from this first unit the importance of my own personality and my motivations to become a good teacher. Students will learn faster and better if the person teaching them is kind, interesting and motivated. It is very important also to know the person you are teaching to, their age, their motivations for learning, their personal experiences in life and also their level of English are important to take into account to be able to give them all that they will need to succeed in learning better and getting ahead to achieve their goals.
