Unit 3 focuses on how to manage the class using various method such as gestures, eyes contact and the voice, grouping students, classroom arrangement, writing on the board, giving individual attention, teacher talking time and student talking time, giving instruction, establishing rapport and maintain discipline. This unit makes me feel more confident in managing the class and know how to deal with student's behaviour.
