Lesson planning is what the teaching should do before going to the class to teach his or students. A good lesson plan would guide the teacher for effective delivery and and workplan. The lesson plan need not to be too rigid. The teacher should give room for flexibility. A good teacher too should be able to monitor his lesson. He should be able to know whether he/she is improving in his delivery of lesson or not.
