What I learnt from the first unit, that the relationship between teachers and learners is very important. That the 'good teacher' should really cares more about the learning of the students. A good motivator, enthusiastic, patient and a good rapport teacher will always succeed in a classroom. And a 'good teacher' make a 'good learners' who will always attend the class, enjoy their learning and have a great desire to learn.
