It is important as a teacher to motivate students. If they aren't motivated, they will not learn on their own and/or continue to take classes. A teacher has to be considerate and approachable so that the students feel comfortable to make mistakes. We often learn the most when we make mistakes! A teacher should always switch up his/her method of teaching to make sure that the students have fun and stay engaged while in class and motivated outside of class.
