I felt this unit was useful and gave an excellent overview of the various types of tests we should expect to administer to students. I found the explanation of the various external exams as well as I feel they could be a significant motivation for many of the students. The progress exams seem particularly useful in helping to gauge how well the students are doing and how well the instructor is communicating to the class.
